• UPSSSC PET 2025 Examination and have a valid Score Card.
• Passed Diploma in Pharmacy
• Registered with the State Pharmacy Council of Uttar Pradesh.

UPSSSC Pharmacist: How To Fill the Online Form

Application Process:

1. Log in using your PET-2025 Registration Number through either Personal Details or OTP mode.
2. Fill in the application form with your educational qualifications and other required information.
3. Upload the necessary documents as specified in the application guidelines.
4. Pay the application fee of ₹25 through the SBI M-Collect payment gateway.
5. Carefully review all the information entered before submitting the form.
6. After the final submission, download and print the application form for future reference.

UPSSSC Pharmacist  Selection Process:-

The selection process for the Pharmacist (Bheshajik) posts conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission will be carried out in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting through PET-2025
2. Main Written Examination.
3. Document Verification – Candidates who qualify in the written exam will be invited for document verification to confirm their eligibility and submitted details.

Final selection will be based on the performance in the main written examination and the successful verification of documents.
